Sharon Tinberg isn't a course creator who read a book about cleaning. She built an industry-leading residential cleaning company from the ground up, scaling it to clean 95 homes per day.
Her journey began in Austin, Texas, as a new cleaning service owner faced with three client complaints in her first three weeks. Determined to eliminate inconsistencies, she set out to architect a foolproof system. Over the years, she refined these methods, managing a team of 56 cleaners and 5 staff members to deliver consistent excellence.
After successfully selling her company, Sharon founded Rags to Riches, a pioneering support center for cleaning services, long before microfiber became an industry standard. There, she created the first comprehensive bilingual training videos, helping thousands of business owners transform their operations.
Throughout her career, Sharon has visited over 60 offices across North America. Every single experience taught her the nuances of operational training, ultimately shaping CleanSmart Academy.
